General Instructions

  1. The stretching and strengthening exercises included on this website are designed to improve the flexibility and strength of your neck, upper back, lower back, abdominal and core muscles. Please consult your chiropractor regarding which exercises should be prescribed for your current condition.
  1. By following this program on a regular basis, you will see improvements in your posture, work endurance, performance of normal daily activities as well as athletic performance. The exercises should not irritate your neck or back when done properly. Perform each exercise at a slow pace at least once a day. If you experience pain, stop.
  1. Carefully follow the instructions and do only those exercises that have been recommended to you. If you experience any discomfort other than muscle soreness, slow down the pace or decrease the number of repetitions. Should pain persist, discontinue exercises and contact your chiropractor immediately.
